BOUTIQUE CLEANING Keep the Store Clean and Tidy ✨

Who The Store Staff is responsible for monitoring cleaning performed by External Providers. The store staff should: Keep the store and back-of-house tidy. Ensure that a Store Staff member or Security guards are present when cleaning is performed. Share planning and points of attention and involve the Facility Manager. Periodically provide the Facility Manager feedback on the Service Level received or whenever the Service level is inadequate. Security guards should actively control the operations, avoiding using mobile phones when on duty and performing a bag and garbage check when cleaning staff complete the operations. The Facility Manager is in charge of Contract management.

What/How Store Staff and the Facility Manager shall define the cleaning schedule, checklist, and frequency. This shall be shared with the External Cleaning Provider and included as a Service Level Agreement in the engagement contract. Store Staff is recommended to perform a weekly Mister Clean check: Check for dust on top of shelves and hangers Open drawers and check for dust inside and behind Carefully inspect the bathroom, including the area behind the toilet bowl Check the CCTV Camera to see if the Security Guard or Store staff monitored the cleaning appropriately and checked the bags/garbage at the end. Please consider the following: If who is supposed to monitor the cleaning uses smartphones is unlikely that any misbehaviour is detected. If our standard levels are not stated in the contract is complicated to obtain its respect. Stolen products may be taken outside the store in bags and garbage.

❕ When cleaning services are not performed properly, or the external cleaning staff behaves inappropriately, please report this promptly to the Store Manager and the Facility manager.

If necessary, a specific request service, Store Manager, or delegate shall open a Work Order on the service channel (if in place) or send an email to the Facility Manager.

When The cleaning schedule shall include special duties according to different time frames. Store staff and the Facility Manager should always keep track of when nonfrequent (Yearly or longer intervals, if any) cleanings are performed.

❕ In a Boutique with windows set up, always liaise with the VM team to ensure that timely window cleaning services are organized.

YEARLY Carpets and upholstery (close to the entrance, depending on traffic, shall be cleaned up to six times per year). Chandeliers and special lighting fixtures. Marble and stone flooring and surfaces shall be polished yearly, monitoring wear and tear. Download the Cleaning Schedule below and personalize it according to the store features. Where the service channel is in use, look at the calendar available in the Web version of the portal to check for coming scheduled interventions and to give feedback on additional services required.
